In today's world of globalization, people's expectations are increasing due to expansion of education, use of information technology, impact of globalization etc. The current system of service delivery from the Department of Technical Education (DTE) has increased citizen expectations in terms of reality.In this context, the Access to Information (A2I) program of the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Office has been initiated to facilitate the service delivery of important citizen services in government offices with the aim of reducing service delivery time, costs and direct encounters. This initiative is expected to play an effective role in helping to create a digital Bangladesh.
